| How targeted are the leads? |
You may target leads by using our standard filters:
- Geography: Nationwide or specific states.
- Type of Loan: Refinance, purchase, home equity
- Loan Size: You may specify minimum loan size
- LTV: You may specify maximum LTVs
- Property Type: You can exclude mobile and manufacture homes
- Number of Leads: You may set the maximum number of leads you with to receive per day on each of your filters as well as an overall daily cap.

| How does LoanApp.com choose which four Lender/Brokers will get a lead? |
LoanApp.com has a proprietary filtering program, which lets companies target their leads. We use the criteria set by the Lenders/Brokers to determine which companies are eligible for a particular lead.

| Can I get leads exclusively? |
We offer a choice of exclusive and non-exclusive leads. Normally LoanApp.com will transmit each loan request to up to four companies.
You can specify “Exclusive Leads Only" when you set your filter. Please note that exclusive leads cost more than non-exclusive leads. Additionally setting a filter to receive exclusive leads only has the potential to greatly reduce the number of leads you receive.

| How much does this service cost? |
Transmission fees are prepaid using a check or a credit card. Every time a lead is transmitted to you, your account is debited for the transmission fee. When your account balance goes below a preset amount, you are notified via email. If your account balance goes to zero, you are no longer sent any leads until you replenish your account. Yes, you may receive a refund for leads that meet the following criteria
- Disconnected or wrong phone number
- No such person
- Person requesting the quote is not of legal age
- Duplicate lead
- Incentivized lead

Additionally there is a "History" report that shows a running transaction record of all leads you have purchased or returned with the corresponding account balance.

Yes, you may join our affiliate network and create a link for borrowers whom you cannot service. For example, if you do business only in New York, you may place a link on your web site stating "We only provide loans in New York. If you are looking for a loan in another state, click here."
