  1. How much does it cost to use LoanApp.com?
Nothing. LoanApp.com is a free consumer service. We get paid by lenders who participate on LoanApp.com. Should you choose to work with one of our lenders, they will charge you loan fees. You should request a good faith estimate from our lenders.

  2. How fast will I get offers?
Most lenders respond within 24 to 48 hours.

  3. Will you provide me with the names of the lenders to whom my loan data has been sent?
Yes, we provide this information via email. In addition, you may retrieve this information by clicking on the Loan Status link on the front page of LoanApp.com.

  4. Can you guarantee that I will get 4 offers?
We work hard to sign up lenders and enable them to bid on your loan. However, there are times that we may not be able to get 4 lenders to bid on your loan. In the event that there are fewer than 4 lenders bidding, you still may get very competitive offers, because these lenders operate from the assumption that there could be 3 other lenders bidding. There are situations where there may be no lender bidding on your loan. This does not mean that you are not credit worthy. The reason that you do not get bids may be because lenders are backlogged and may not want to process new loans, or because there may be no lenders bidding in your zip code or city.

  5. Who are your lenders?
Our lenders range from some of the largest institutions in the country to small and local mortgage brokers. In some situations, you may get the best price from a large lender. In other situations, you may get the best price from a smaller mortgage broker. LoanApp.com has over 1000 lenders and brokers on its network. The LoanApp.com network includes Citibank, Provident Bank, 1st Metropolitan, American Residential, 1st Nationwide Mortgage Funding, American Home Loans, Centex and Chase Home Funding and Quickenloans.

  6. What are your rates? What are your closing costs?
LoanApp.com does not make loans. LoanApp.com matches you to lenders and brokers who will quote you rates and closing costs. Instead of quoting you rates from each lender and having you call the lender to see if you qualify, we simplify the process. Lenders call you with quotes saving you time and money.

  7. Can I negotiate directly with your lenders?
Yes. You are under no obligation to accept an offer from our lenders. You can negotiate rates and fees and loan programs with any of our lenders.

  8. Do you have lenders that work with borrowers who have less-than-perfect credit?
    Yes, we do.
